Total cost for double room accomodations (in 5 and 5 stars deluxe hotels) from the afternoon of september 23rd to the lunch of september 29th:

Fee per person 1,620.00 euros.

Supplement for single room (per person) 450.00 euros.

Deluxe package: - Room Superior at "Blu Hotel Portorosa" - 5 stars (www.bluhotels.it) - Room Deluxe at "Romano Palace Luxury Hotel" - 5 stars Deluxe (www.romanopalace.it) Supplement of 250 euros per person in the limit of the available rooms.

Registratio is made by returning the specific form by mail,fax or email, imperatively before July 31st 2012, with payament of 50% of the fees for each participant. Eventual cancellation will have to be communicated to the prganizers imperatively before August 31st, 2012; refunds will be possible past this date only at the discretion of the organizers.
